2013 Youth Scholarship Winner
NCESA is proud to announce that Emma Rose Marx is the 2013 Youth Scholarship winner. Emma is a homeschooler from Pennypacker Academy located in Cary, NC. Her father is a respected Sergeant at the Raleigh Police Department who is a public official who serves our community honorably.
